Our Reserve Cheese Collection includes: 

Soft Sheep's Milk Cheese with Herbs (5 oz.): a delicate, pillowy soft Spanish cheese log dusted with fragrant chervil for a subtly sweet flavor with a gentle savory touch. 

Manchego (6 oz.): Spain's most celebrated cheese, made exclusively from sheep’s milk. Ours is semi-curado, creamy and mild with a buttery and subtly nutty flavor. 

Alpine Swiss (6 oz.): also called Red Witch, a raw cow’s milk cheese with a firm, dense texture and complex, nutty flavor with browned butter–like notes. 

Parmigiano Reggiano (7 oz.): Italy's iconic "King of Cheeses". Ours is aged a minimum of 24 months with a sharp, deeply savory flavor with a granular and slightly crumbly texture. Slice and serve or grate over your favorite pasta.
