Produced from the true Russian Sturgeon, our Osetra (Ossetra) is sustainably harvested. These medium-sized, honey-colored beads deliver a refreshing velvety caviar flavor that breaks like a wave upon the tongue. It is reminiscent of traditional Caspian Sea caviars of the past, with a light brine and notes of fruit and nuts. Rich and luxurious, these exquisite morsels capture the essence of the sea.
